We want to raise cultural awareness and understanding through the delivery of Equality and Diversity Training.
Our training consists of a series of workshops aimed at encouraging individuals to explore their own and other cultures. Culture is not simply about skin colour, it involves our social, political and economic environment - everyone has a cultural identity.
These workshops will challenge participants to really look at themselves and their values and opinions whilst enhancing their understanding of those they work with in the community.
