Our inclusive and innovative youth work approach places young
women in the control centre of their own experience and learning.
We listen to, act on and respect the opinions, needs and interests
of the young women, and challenge them to challenge us.
We can deliver programmes that are attractive and can really make a difference to the lives of young women.
Through our evaluation process we have found that our programmes increase pro-social behaviour, decision making skills, levels of assertiveness, confidence and self esteem.

Our programmes incorporate the outdoors, the arts, multimedia, IT, discussion, residential's, issue based work and any other creative and exciting methods which can help young women reveal and explore their dreams, challenges and potential.
There is time for learning, fun and adventure and also save space to express themselves and explore their emotions.
